SmartOS comes from more than 20 years of building and running real operations. That experience includes an award-winning software development company, a delivery marketplace acquired by Peixe Urbano, HelloFood Brazil during its high-growth years and nearly a decade at TruckPad. During that period, TruckPad increased revenue fourfold, reached breakeven and was acquired by JSL (BVMF: JSLG3).
That is the background of founder Leandro Morais, an engineer with a master's degree in production engineering from UNIFEI. It shapes how SmartOS works: the people designing and operating your agents understand firsthand what happens when demand grows faster than the team can support.
